c) When Submitting Invention Disclosures When you upload an invention disclosure as an inventor, we process the information contained within it (e.g., descriptions, sketches, documents).
Crucial for protecting your idea: This data is treated with strict confidentiality. It is only unlocked for verified Experts (patent attorneys) once they have successfully completed the verification process and performed a preliminary conflict-of-interest check (Conflict Check).
3. Sharing of Data Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties unless:
You have given your explicit consent (e.g., to forward an invention disclosure to your selected Experts).
Sharing the data is necessary to process payments (e.g., via Stripe or PayPal for Premium subscriptions or processing fees).
